Kitten Sales

All pet kittens will be registered on the GCCF NON-ACTIVE registered as a pet only and are NOT for breeding. Kittens should be neutered by the age of seven months and proof of neutering forwarded onto ourselves. We retain the pink registration slip until proof of neutering has been recieved. We do occasionally have show / breeding potential kittens available to carefully selected homes. We understand the difficulties new breeders can face when looking for a kitten registered on the GCCF Active register and are happy to provide assistance and ongoing support. Please contact us for further information. Please note WE DO NOT SELL MALE KITTENS FOR BREEDING PURPOSES.

Our kittens are available to indoor homes only. Ragdolls are inquisitive cats with very little road sense and are therefore at a greater risk of traffic accidents. Their friendly, sociable characters mean that they will willingly approach strangers and this, combined with their beautiful looks, make them an easy target for theft.

When you enquire about one of our kittens, we will ask you questions about yourself and your circumstances and would expect you to do likewise. It is important that our kitten and your family are well matched - all kittens have their own purrsonalities and a quieter, more timid kitten may feel stressed and intimidated in a busier family household, whereas an outgoing, more boisterous kitten would thrive.

If you are interested in one of our kittens, have any questions or wish to be added to our waiting or contact lists, please feel free to contact us with your requirements and tell us a little bit about yourself. We encourage potential owners to come and view the kittens after their first vaccination, before making any firm decisions. We ask that a Kitten Sales Agreement be signed when you purchase one of our kittens. The kittens are raised with love and we wish to do the best by them. If you object to signing this Agreement, please do not ask us for a kitten. The Kitten Sales Agreement has been drafted by a lawyer and is enforceable under Scottish law. A copy of this Agreement can be requested and viewed before purchase of a kitten.

If, after viewing the kittens, you wish to reserve a kitten, a non-refundable deposit of 100.00 is required. We accept payment via cheque or cash. Full payment for the kitten is required before the kitten leaves for his / her new home. If payment is made via cheque, we must recieve the cheque at least 7 working days before collection of the kitten has been arranged.

Pet quality kittens are available for 400.00 pounds and leave our home with a five generation pedigree certificate and a kitten pack which includes samples of kitten food, cat litter, a full course of vaccinations and vaccination card, four weeks free pet insurance and an informative kitten care booklet. The kittens will have been flea treated (preventative) and will have completed a worming programme.

Our kittens have been raised will love and all are special to us. We continue to think of and care for them long after they have left our home for pastures new. We appreciate regular updates on how they are progressing and stories of their antics. We are always available to provide ongoing help and support, in person, via phone or by email.
